My / your retirement

Hello friends, Since my retirement, I have been constantly studying and deepening my knowledge in several fields beyond my own areas of expertise. This way of doing things is very beneficial for my health, without tiring the brain too much, because you can manage your own limits. On the work side, my former employers have contacted me again to serve as a Consultant and trainer for the company’s young recruits. On the family side, I manage my time by being able to accompany my grandchildren to school and take care of them at home, while doing my best with my wife to finish the household chores and the cooking. Just sharing this to remind you all that we should not get tired of working. Try to stay as active as you reasonably can, just as before, even if the weight of retirement age is gradually making itself felt. To maintain good health, I’m sharing with you, to conclude, my weekly meal plan, in addition to the daily steps from my comings and goings. Have a nice day everyone and thak you for sharing.
